Your email preferences
You can manage marketing emails for your account directly. Service messages (password resets, approval notifications, account changes) cannot be turned off — they are necessary to provide your account.
If you arrived here from an email we sent, the unsubscribe link should have included a token. If yours is missing or expired, email info@therosenetwork.co.uk with the subject line "Unsubscribe" and we will remove you within seven days.
You stop receiving the network digest and other marketing updates.
If you have an active submission (an opportunity, event, mentor application, or business listing under review), we may still contact you about that specific submission — we rely on legitimate interest for that.
If you have a member account, we may still send service messages (e.g. password resets, account changes). These are necessary to provide the service under contract and cannot be opted out of without closing the account.
We keep a record of your opt-out request indefinitely so we can honour it even if your details re-enter our systems from another source.

If you want to remove your account entirely (profile, photo, listings and CRM record), sign in and use the Close Account section on your account page.

For data access or correction requests (your rights under UK GDPR), contact the Intelligence Corps Association at ica_hq@roseandlaurel.uk. We will respond within one calendar month.
