Each time you accept the ROSE Network security and OpSec notice, we record it. This audit trail is append-only — we cannot edit it, and neither can you.

Everything you have submitted to the network — pending, approved, or rejected. Drafts and admin moderation states are visible so you can see exactly where each item stands.

Close Account

Closing your account permanently removes:

  • Your profile, photo and contact details
  • Any business listings, contracts or tenders you posted
  • Any opportunities, events or mentor application you submitted
  • Your event registrations and OpSec acknowledgement history
  • Your contact record in our HubSpot CRM (where it was synced)

This is immediate and cannot be undone. We retain a record of the deletion (your user ID, email, approval status and date) under our legitimate interest to prove we honoured your request — nothing else.
