Get Involved

The network grows because people step forward. Here's how you can.

Why We Need You

The ROSE Network is built on one principle: people who have made the journey helping those who are about to. That only works if enough people are willing to be in the room.

We are looking for volunteers across the UK to help extend the network's regional presence. Whether you can spare an evening a month or want to take on something more structured, there is a role for you.

Become a ROSE Bud

Volunteer regional leads who mirror the ICA Regional Secretary network and bring the ROSE Network to their part of the country.

The Rose RV started in London as an informal monthly meet for the Intelligence Corps community. It works because someone picks a venue, sets a date, and keeps the door open. We want to replicate that across the UK — and we need people on the ground to make it happen.

A ROSE Bud works in collaboration with their ICA Regional Secretary to establish and maintain a regular local meet in their region. No committee, no paperwork, no overhead. Just someone willing to be the reason people show up. We provide the network, the brand, and whatever support you need to get started.

What a ROSE Bud Does

1

Pick a Venue

Find a pub, bar, or social space that works for your area. Somewhere relaxed and easy to get to. A Rose in the name is a bonus, not a requirement.

2

Set the Date

Commit to a regular evening — monthly or quarterly, whatever suits the region. Consistency matters more than frequency.

3

Open the Door

Spread the word through the local ICA network. We'll help promote it nationally. You just need to be in the room.

What We Provide

You bring the initiative. We bring the infrastructure.

Brand & Identity

Use of The ROSE Network name, branding, and materials for your regional meet.

National Promotion

Your events listed on the network website and promoted through our channels.

Network Access

Direct connection to the wider ROSE Network and the Intelligence Corps community.

Light-Touch Support

Guidance when you need it, autonomy when you don't. No bureaucracy.

Other Ways to Contribute

Not in a position to run a regional meet? There are other ways to support the network.

Mentor a Service Leaver

Share your experience of transition with someone preparing to leave. One conversation can change a career trajectory.

Share Opportunities

Know of a role that would suit someone from the Corps? Pass it to the network and we'll get it in front of the right people.

Host an Event

If your employer has space for a networking event or talk, we'd welcome the opportunity. Forums thrive on good venues and willing hosts.
